A hotel in Hungary is hiring for the following position:

Kitchen Assistant and Cleaner:

  • Assisting in the kitchen with ingredient preparation (peeling fruits, vegetables, chopping, cleaning).
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen hygiene.

Visa Processing Method: Traditional visa.

Work Location: 180 km from Budapest.

Working Hours: As assigned by the manager.

Salary:

  • After-tax salary for kitchen assistant and cleaner: 1200 HUF/hour (3.1 EUR, approximately 81,343 VND).

  • Standard salary for 22 working days/month, 8-12 hours per day, after tax:

    • (8-12) hours x 22 days x 1200 HUF/hour = 211,200 to 316,800 HUF (approximately 14.3 to 21.5 million VND).
  • Opportunity for overtime.

Accommodation: The company provides fully equipped European-standard housing. Employees are responsible for their own meals.

  • Employment contract duration: 2 years.
  • The contract can be renewed after 2 years upon request.

Note: Employees must work with productivity and quality equivalent to Hungarian workers to receive the above salary. Lower performance may result in lower pay or dismissal. Unauthorized leave without permission is not allowed.

***Requirements:

  • Workers must commit that if they terminate the contract with the employer, they must leave the EU or return to Vietnam.
  • No skin diseases or contagious illnesses.
  • Good health and ability to work under high intensity with dedication to the job.
  • Meeting health standards for labor export as per Vietnamese regulations.
  • Responsible, disciplined work ethic.
  • Physically fit and flexible, willing to work overtime when required by supervisors.
  • Calm, friendly, and mature personality, suitable for collective living.
  • No bone deformities or mobility issues.
  • Quick learner, intelligent, with good Vietnamese language comprehension and basic email usage.

***Encouraged:

  • Non-smokers and no use of alcohol or addictive substances.
  • Not addicted to tea or other beverages that may dirty the accommodation.
  • Adaptable to European cuisine and should avoid using strongly scented Asian ingredients (dried fish, fish sauce, shrimp paste) that could disturb local workers in shared housing.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to European culture and lifestyle.
  • Life experience, good behavior, and understanding of proper conduct.

  • Body tattoos or criminal record.
  • Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, or overly assertive personalities.
  • Inclined to influence others for disruptive activities (e.g., sudden strikes, unreasonable demands).
  • High financial pressure leading to negative work attitudes and ethics.
