Job Description:
Responsibilities include organizing eggs into trays and caring for poultry. All tasks are carried out on an automated system. The work environment has a slight odor of poultry.

Work Location:
100 km from Budapest.
Working Hours:
Shift 1: 07:00 – 15:30
Shift 2: 15:30 – 20:00
Salary (after tax):
1,200 Forints/hour (equivalent to 3.2 EUR/hour)
Monthly income for 8 hours/day, 26 days/month (with Sundays off):
1,200 Forints x 8 hours/day x 26 days = 249,600 Forints (equivalent to 17 million VND).
Overtime and working on Sundays may increase income.
*Benefits:
Accommodation with European standard facilities provided.
The accommodation is 7 km from the worksite, with company transport available.
Employees are responsible for their own food.
Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable upon request).
*Important Notes:
Workers must maintain productivity levels equivalent to Hungarian workers to receive the full salary.
Poor performance may result in lower pay or termination.
Unauthorized absences are prohibited.

Health conditions meeting Vietnam’s labor export requirements.
Good hygiene and polite behavior.
Responsible and disciplined work ethic.
Good physical health, stamina, and willingness to work overtime when required.
Friendly, sociable, mature, and suitable for communal living.
No bone deformities or mobility issues.
Quick learner, intelligent, with good comprehension of Vietnamese.

Non-smokers, no alcohol or drug use.
No addiction to tea (green tea) or drinks that may dirty the living space.
Adaptable to European cuisine and minimizes strong-smelling Asian spices (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce).
Good learning ability and cultural adaptability.
Experienced, respectful, and socially aware.

Tattoos or criminal records.
Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, or overly assertive individuals.
Those inclined to disrupt company operations (e.g., sudden strikes, unnecessary questioning of leadership, excessive demands).
