Pallet Production Factory Hiring Workers
Job Position:
Factory Workers (Forklift operatAors or English speakers are a plus)
Visa Processing:
Traditional or conditional direct visa.
Gender:
Male and female (priority given to males).
Age:
18-50 years old.
Work Location:
150-200 km from Budapest.
Working Hours:
8 hours/day (with a 20-minute break during an 8-hour shift).
5 days/week with potential for overtime.
Weekly working hours can range from 55-65 hours.
Salary (after tax):
1,200 HUF/hour
Actual monthly income ranges from 264,000 – 300,000 HUF (equivalent to 18.2 million – 20.7 million VND).
Overtime pay is 1.5x the regular hourly rate.

Workers need to pay a deposit to prevent any damage.
Employees are responsible for their own food.
Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable upon request).

Poor performance may result in lower pay or termination.
Unauthorized absences are strictly prohibited.

Experience in similar work.
Good health, meeting Vietnam’s labor export health requirements.
Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working overtime when required.
Friendly, calm, mature, and suitable for communal living.
No bone deformities or mobility issues.
Quick learner, smart, with good understanding of Vietnamese.
Basic email usage skills.

Adaptable to European cuisine and avoids strong-smelling Asian foods (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce).
