Plastic Factory Hiring Workers

Job Position:

  • Factory Assistant Workers

Job Description:

  • Workers will receive training and assist with factory tasks.

Visa Processing:

  • Conditional direct visa.

Work Location:

  • 20-30 km from Budapest.

Working Hours:

  • As assigned by the supervisor.

  • 8 hours/day

*Salary (after tax):
  • 1,200 HUF/hour (approximately 83,000 VND).

  • Monthly salary for 22 working days, 8-10 hours/day:

    • (8-10) hours x 22 days x 1,200 HUF/hour = 212,200 – 264,000 HUF

    • (Equivalent to 14.7 – 18.2 million VND).

  • Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable upon request).


**Important Notes:

  • Workers must maintain productivity and quality equivalent to Hungarian workers to receive the full salary.

  • Poor performance may lead to lower pay or termination.

  • Unauthorized absences are strictly prohibited.

  • Workers with good performance will have opportunities for overtime, while those with lower productivity will not.

***Requirements:

  • Experience in similar work and good dexterity.

  • Good health and able to meet Vietnam’s labor export health requirements.

  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work overtime when required.

  • Calm, friendly, and mature personality, suitable for communal living.

  • No bone deformities or mobility issues.

  • Quick learner, smart, and able to understand Vietnamese well.

  • Basic email usage skills.

***Encouraged:

  • Non-smoker, no alcohol consumption, and no drug use.

  • Not addicted to tea or drinks that could dirty the living space.

  • Adaptable to European cuisine and avoids strong-smelling Asian foods (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce).

  • Good learning ability and cultural adaptability.

  • Experienced, socially aware, and well-mannered.

***Not Welcome:

  • Tattoos or criminal records.

  • Hot-tempered, aggressive, or overly assertive personalities.

  • Inclined to disrupt company operations (e.g., sudden strikes, unreasonable demands).

  • Extreme financial pressure affecting work ethics and behavior.
