A company in Hungary is hiring for the following position:

Store Assistant

Gender: Male or Female
Age: 18-55
Visa Processing: Traditional visa or direct visa with conditions, depending on company and worker preferences.
Work Location: Budapest
Working Hours: Assigned by management.

  • Monday to Friday:
    • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
    • Afternoon shift: 11:30 – 20:00
  • Saturday: 07:00 – 15:30
  • Sunday: 08:00 – 14:00

Salary:

  • After-tax salary: 1300 HUF/hour (3.44 EUR, approximately 91,000 VND).
  • Standard salary for 22 working days/month, 8-12 hours/day, after tax:
    • (8-12) hours x 22 days x 1300 HUF/hour = 228,800 to 343,200 HUF (approx. 16 to 24 million VND).
  • Overtime opportunities available.

Accommodation: Fully equipped European-standard housing provided by the company. Employees must cover their own meals.
Contract Duration: 2 years, renewable upon request after the initial period.

Note: Employees must work with productivity and quality equal to Hungarian workers to receive the above salary. Poor performance may result in lower pay or dismissal. Unauthorized leave is not permitted.

  • Work experience required.
  • No skin diseases or contagious illnesses.
  • Good health, capable of handling high-intensity work, passionate about the job.
  • Must attend the company’s orientation training on Hungarian culture and English language.
  • Meet health standards for labor export as per Vietnamese regulations.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and committed to work.
  • Physically fit and flexible, ready for overtime work when requested.
  • Calm, friendly, and mature personality suitable for communal living.
  • No bone deformities or mobility issues.
  • Quick learner, intelligent, with good Vietnamese language comprehension.
  • Basic email usage skills.

  • Not addicted to tea or drinks that may dirty living spaces.
  • Adaptable to European cuisine, avoiding strong-smelling Asian ingredients (dried fish, fish sauce, shrimp paste) that may disturb local workers in shared housing.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to European culture and lifestyle.
  • Experienced, respectful, and understanding of social norms.
