Hungarian Restaurant Group Hiring for Two Positions
We carefully select workers to go to Hungary, as you may later settle and become European citizens. In the future, you and your family will live in the same country as us. This initial selection process is essential.
Positions Available:
Visa Processing:
Can be either Traditional Visa or Conditional Direct Visa, depending on the company and worker’s preference.
Kitchen Assistant
Responsibilities: Assist in the kitchen by preparing ingredients (peeling fruits, vegetables, cutting, cleaning), and cleaning the kitchen.
Waitstaff (must speak English or Hungarian)
Responsibilities: Serve in the restaurant.
Work Location:
Central Budapest.
Working Hours:
Assigned by the manager.
Salary:
Kitchen Assistant (No English):
1,200 Forints/hour (3.08 EUR, equivalent to 78,180 VND).
Regular work (22 days/month, 8-12 hours/day) would result in:
(8-12 hours/day x 22 days x 1,200 Forints/hour) = From 211,200 Forints to 316,800 Forints (Equivalent to 13.8 million to 20.6 million VND).
Overtime available.
Waitstaff (English-speaking):
1,700 Forints/hour (4.4 EUR, equivalent to 110,500 VND).
Regular work (22 days/month, 8-12 hours/day) would result in:
(8-12 hours/day x 22 days x 1,700 Forints/hour) = From 299,200 Forints to 448,800 Forints (Equivalent to 19.4 million to 29.2 million VND).
Overtime available.
Benefits:
European standard accommodation provided.
Employees are responsible for their own food.
Contract Duration: 2 years (Renewable upon request).
Important Notes:
Workers must maintain productivity and quality equivalent to Hungarian employees to receive the specified salary.
Poor performance may result in lower pay or termination.
Unauthorized absences are prohibited.

Previous work experience.
No skin diseases or infectious illnesses.
Good health and ability to work at high intensity.
Meets the health requirements for labor export as per Vietnam’s regulations.
Responsible work attitude and good labor discipline.
Good physical health and stamina, with willingness to work overtime when required.
Friendly, sociable, and mature, suitable for communal living.
No bone deformities or mobility issues.
Good learning ability, quick-witted, and able to understand and read Vietnamese.
Basic email usage skills.

No addiction to tea (green tea) or drinks that may dirty the living space.
Adaptable to European cuisine and avoids strong-smelling Asian spices (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce) in shared living spaces.
Civilized lifestyle.
Good learning ability and cultural adaptability.
Experienced, respectful, and socially aware.
***Not Welcome:
Tattoos or criminal records.
Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, or overly assertive individuals.
Those inclined to disrupt company operations (e.g., sudden strikes, unnecessary questioning of leadership, excessive demands).
Financial pressures leading to poor work attitude and ethics.
