Notice No. 03/2024 of DC HANDEL company (Hungary)

The company from Hungary is looking for:

Position: Painter (house painting, wall painting).

Visa Processing: E-visa.

Work Location: Budapest, Hungary.

Working Hours: 8-10 hours/day, 26 days/month (Sundays off).

Salary:

  • After tax: 1900 Forint/hour (equivalent to 4.82 EUR/hour).
  • Monthly salary (for 8-10 hours/day and 26 days): 395,200 – 494,000 Forint (equivalent to 28 million – 35 million VND).

The company provides housing with full European standard amenities. Employees are responsible for their own meals. The labor contract is for 2 years, with the option to extend after 2 years if the employee requests.

Note: Employees must maintain work productivity and quality equivalent to Hungarian workers to earn the stated salary. If performance is below standard, the salary will be lower, and the employee may be dismissed. Employees cannot leave work without permission.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a painter.
  • Employees must commit that upon the expiration of their contract with the employer, they will either leave the European Union or return to Vietnam.
  • No skin diseases or infectious diseases.
  • Good health and the ability to work at a high intensity, dedicated to the profession.
  • Health must meet the labor export requirements of the Vietnamese government.
  • Responsible work attitude, good labor discipline.
  • Good health and stamina, willing to work overtime when required by superiors.
  • Kind, sociable, mature, suitable for collective life.
  • No bone deformities or difficulties in walking/standing. Good ability to learn. Quick and intelligent. Ability to read and understand Vietnamese well. Familiar with using email.

Encouraged:

  • Non-smokers, non-drinkers, and no use of addictive substances.
  • Not addicted to tea (green tea) or beverages that can stain the living area.
  • Easily adaptable to European food. Limit the use of Asian spices that may cause unpleasant odors for native workers living in the dorm (dried fish, fish sauce, etc.).
  • Good manners and civilized lifestyle.
  • Ability to learn and integrate with European culture and life.
  • Life experience, adaptability, and understanding of life.

Not welcome:

  • Tattoos or a criminal record.
  • Quick-tempered, aggressive, immature, strong-willed, or showy personality.
  • Involved in activities that harm the company (unplanned strikes, questioning management, excessive demands for rights).
  • Financially stressed (need money fast), which may negatively affect work ethics and attitude.
