Position: Warehouse Assistant (Product Arrangement)

Job Description: Organizing goods according to orders.

Visa Type: Direct processing

Gender: Male
Age: 18-55
Location: Central Budapest
Working Hours: Flexible working hours, based on the company’s schedule, including shifts such as:

  • 03:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 03:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 03:00 AM – 03:00 PM
  • 03:30 AM – 03:30 PM
  • 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Salary System:

  • If working less than 180 hours a month, the wage is 1500 HUF/hour.
  • If working 180 hours or more, the wage increases to 1800 HUF/hour.
  • If working over 200 hours a month, the wage increases to 1900 HUF/hour.
  • After 3 months of work, wages increase by +150 HUF/hour.
  • After 6 months, wages increase by +300 HUF/hour.
  • Extra 10% pay for working in cold storage.

Additional Benefits:

  • Opportunity to work overtime.
  • Company provides accommodation with European standard facilities. Employees are responsible for their meals.
  • 2-year employment contract with the possibility to extend after 2 years if the employee requests.

Important Notes:

  • The employee must maintain work quality and productivity equivalent to local workers to receive the stated wage. If performance is lower, the salary will be reduced, and termination may occur.
  • Unauthorized leave or absence without permission will lead to consequences.
  • Employees must leave the EU or return to Vietnam after the contract ends.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexibly, including early or late shifts.
  • Willingness to work in cold storage areas.
  • Ability to lift items (up to 12kg) from shelves to carts.
  • Positive, hardworking attitude.
  • Must commit to leaving the EU or returning to Vietnam after contract completion.
  • Experience in similar work is required, no skin diseases.
  • Must meet Vietnamese labor export health requirements.
  • Responsibility, discipline, and good work ethics.
  • Good health, endurance, and readiness to work overtime when required.
  • Friendly, sociable, mature, and adaptable to communal living.
  • No physical disabilities affecting mobility.
  • Quick learning and good understanding of Vietnamese and email use.

Penalties:

  • For errors such as taking too many or too few items: The first two errors of the month will not incur penalties, but subsequent mistakes will be fined 1000 HUF for new workers, 2100 HUF for workers after 3 days of training.
  • Penalty for excessive break time:
    • 41-54 minutes: 1023 HUF
    • 15-30 minutes: 2046 HUF
    • 30-45 minutes: 3096 HUF
    • 45-60 minutes: 4092 HUF
    • 60-75 minutes: 5115 HUF
    • Etc.
  • If uniform is lost: Replacement cost 30,000 HUF.
  • Unauthorized absence without valid reason: Penalty 20,000 HUF.
  • Leaving the workplace without permission: Significant deductions/penalties.

  • No smoking, no alcohol, and no use of addictive substances.
  • Avoid drinking excessive tea or using strong-smelling Asian spices (like dried fish, fish sauce) in shared living spaces.
  • Adaptability to European food and living standards.
  • Willingness to integrate into European culture and work life.
  • Good life experience, respectful behavior, and understanding of the working environment.

  • Tattoos or criminal records.
  • Quick-tempered, aggressive, or rebellious behavior.
  • Attempting to incite others to take harmful actions against the company.
  • Financial pressure affecting attitude and work ethics.
