Positions Available:

• Waiter/Waitress (Experience required, basic English communication skills)
• Chef (Minimum 4 years of experience required)
• Housekeeping Staff

Employment Type:

• Traditional visa processing

Requirements:

• Gender: Male & Female
• Age: 18-55
• Work Location: Vila Bran Tourist Village, Romania
• Work Schedule: As assigned by the manager
  • Working hours: 10 AM – 10 PM
  • 12 hours/day, 5 days/week (60 hours/week)
  • Break time: 12 hours per week (2.5-3 hours/day on average)
  • Actual working time: 48 hours/week

Salary (after tax, net pay):

• Waiter/Waitress:

  • Base salary: €600/month (~16 million VND)
  • Can increase up to €700/month (~18.7 million VND) based on performance and overtime

• Chef:

  • Base salary: €700/month (~18.7 million VND)
  • Can increase up to €1,000/month (~26.8 million VND) based on performance and overtime

• Housekeeping Staff:

  • Base salary: €600/month (~16 million VND)
  • Can increase up to €700/month (~18.7 million VND) based on performance and overtime

• Overtime opportunities available

Benefits:

• Accommodation: Fully furnished, European-standard housing provided by the company
• Uniform & Protective Gear: Provided by the company
• Meals: 3 meals/day (mostly Western cuisine)
• Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable upon request)

Note: Employees must maintain productivity and work quality equivalent to Romanian workers to receive the stated salary. Underperformance may result in lower wages or termination. Unauthorized absences are not allowed.

• Basic English communication skills

• No skin diseases
• Must meet Vietnam’s labor export health requirements
• Strong sense of responsibility and work discipline
• Good health and stamina, willingness to work overtime when needed
• Friendly, adaptable personality, suitable for communal living
• No bone deformities or walking/standing difficulties
• Quick learner, intelligent, and good understanding of Vietnamese
• Basic knowledge of email, Google Translate, Google Maps, and ChatGPT

Preferred Traits:

• Non-smoker, no alcohol or drug use
• Not addicted to strong tea (green tea) or drinks that may cause stains in the living area
• Adaptable to European cuisine, avoids strong-smelling Asian foods (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce, fermented foods)
• Culturally adaptable and willing to integrate into European society
• Life experience, good manners, and understanding of different lifestyles

Not Accepted:

• Tattoos or criminal record
• Aggressive, hot-tempered, impulsive, or overly assertive personalities
• Encouraging harmful behavior towards the company (e.g., sudden strikes, excessive complaints, unreasonable demands)
• Severe financial stress that may negatively affect work ethics and attitude
