When registering for a Hungarian order, do Vietnamese workers have to undergo a preliminary selection with the brokerage company and the Hungarian employer?

Depending on the order, the requirements of the brokerage & recruitment company and the Hungarian employer, workers will need to participate in the preliminary selection procedure or not. Workers who apply for jobs through domestic recruitment companies that have contracts with DC Handel Kft. will always need to participate in the preliminary selection.

Some preliminary criteria for DC Handel Kft.:

• Are workers healthy and capable of participating in the order?
• Do workers have a clear purpose for going to work?
• Do workers show potential signs that could cause harm to the Hungarian employer and to society, law and life of Hungarian and European people
• How will the Vietnamese community in Hungary and Europe be more active when workers come to Hungary and officially become members of the community?
• Can workers convince the Preliminary Evaluation Council to believe that workers will fulfill their commitments to domestic recruiting companies and to Hungarian employers?
• How serious are workers who are introduced from recruitment sources with a history of serious work?

DC Handel Kft.’s preliminaries are simply to classify workers by points. The lower the points, the higher the priority of the worker. Currently, workers who are selected for DC Handel Kft.’s preferential program are usually 0 or 1 point. Workers who are not selected for preferential treatment can still participate in non-preferential programs. In general, DC Handel Kft. always create conditions for Vietnamese workers to work abroad to have a better life for themselves and their families, on the condition that you need to comply with the commitment and comply with the law.

All domestic labor recruitment companies that have signed cooperation contracts with DC Handel Kft. have preferential programs for workers. This preferential program is announced weekly on the radio in the following districts in Vietnam:

– In Tan Yen district, the information will be broadcast on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and relayed to the communes of the district.

– In Yen Dung district, the information will be broadcast on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and relayed to the communes of the district.

* Hai Duong area:

– In Ninh Giang district, the information will be broadcast on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and relayed to the communes of the district.

– In Thanh Mien district, the information will be broadcast on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and relayed to the communes of the district.

– In Thanh Ha district, the information will be broadcast on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and relayed to the communes of the district.
