Hungarian Mushroom Farm Hiring Workers
We carefully select workers to go to Hungary, as you may later settle and become European citizens. In the future, you and your family will live in the same country as us. This initial selection process is essential.

Mushroom Picker (Ages 18-55)
Job Description:
Picking mushrooms in an industrial farming environment.
Visa Processing:
Traditional visa interview.
Work Location:
40 km from Budapest.
Work Hours:
Depending on management assignments, 8 hours/day.
Salary:
Probation Period (Training): After taxes, the salary is 210,000 HUF (approximately 580 USD or 14 million VND).
Post-Probation (Based on Productivity): Workers generally earn between 700-1500 USD/month (approximately 16.5 million – 35.3 million VND) after taxes.
Currently, Vietnamese workers in the company are earning good wages.

Contract Duration: 2 years (Renewable upon request).
***Requirements:
Health must meet the standards set by Hungarian labor law.
No joint issues, sinus problems, or other conditions due to working in cold environments (around 15°C).
No bone deformities or mobility issues.
Must not be afraid of heights (occasional work on lifts up to 5m high).
Good personal hygiene and well-maintained living space.
Polite, responsible, and professional demeanor.
Good work discipline and knowledge of workplace safety.
Good health and stamina, willing to work overtime when required.
Friendly, sociable, mature, and suitable for communal living.
Quick learning ability.
***Encouraged:
Non-smokers, no alcohol or drug use.
No addiction to tea (green tea) or drinks that may dirty the living space.
Easy adaptation to European food, with limited use of strong-smelling Asian spices (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce) in shared dormitories.
Good learning ability and cultural adaptability.
Life experience, mature behavior, and understanding of social norms.
***Not Welcome:
Tattoos or criminal records.
Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, or overly assertive individuals.
Those inclined to disrupt company operations (e.g., sudden strikes, unnecessary questioning of leadership, excessive demands, or creating internal conflicts).
High financial pressure (urgent need to make money), which negatively affects work attitude and ethics.
