We carefully select workers to go to Hungary, as you may later settle and become European citizens. In the future, you and your family will live in the same country as us. This initial selection process is essential.

Job Description:
Sewing Worker: Sewing leather materials.
Leather Seat Upholsterer: Upholstering leather covers, padding seats, and assembling completed chairs.
Age: 18-50
Visa Processing:
Direct Visa with conditions.
Work Location:
50 km from Budapest.
Salary:
Sewing Worker (Probation Period): Around 550 USD/month (equivalent to 13 million VND).
After signing a permanent contract, workers will be paid based on production.
Vietnamese sewing workers at the factory currently earn good wages.
Leather Seat Upholsterer: Around 700 USD/month (equivalent to 16.5 million VND).
Overtime or good performance can increase earnings.
Workers with 2 years of experience in the factory earn 1000-1200 USD/month (equivalent to 23.5 million – 28.3 million VND).
Important Notes:
To receive the specified salary, workers must maintain productivity and quality equivalent to Hungarian employees.
Lower performance will result in lower wages.
Unauthorized absences are not allowed.
Benefits:
European standard accommodation provided.
Employees are responsible for their own food.
Employees pay for electricity, water, gas, heating, etc.
Contract Duration: 2 years (Renewable upon request).
Annual Airfare: The company provides round-trip airfare for workers to visit Vietnam, with timing dependent on production schedules and management decisions. Workers can exchange the airfare for cash if they prefer not to visit.
***Requirements:
Sewing workers must have a sewing certification. Upholsterers must have a certificate in carpentry, upholstery, or similar.
Certificates must be original; verification will occur during visa processing. Violations will be the worker’s responsibility.
Meets health requirements for labor export as per Vietnam’s regulations.
Honest, skilled, and diligent. Good personal hygiene and respectful demeanor.
Responsible work attitude and good labor discipline. Knowledge of workplace safety.
Good health and stamina, willing to work overtime when required.
Friendly, sociable, and mature, suitable for communal living.
No bone deformities or mobility issues.
Good learning ability, quick-witted, and able to understand and read Vietnamese.
Basic email usage skills.

Non-smokers, no alcohol or drug use.
No addiction to tea (green tea) or drinks that may dirty the living space.
Adaptable to European cuisine and avoids strong-smelling Asian spices (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce) in shared living spaces.
Civilized lifestyle.
Good learning ability and cultural adaptability.
Experienced, respectful, and socially aware.

Tattoos or criminal records.
Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, or overly assertive individuals.
Those inclined to disrupt company operations (e.g., sudden strikes, unnecessary questioning of leadership, excessive demands).
