Our company in Romania is hiring for the following positions:

• Cleaning Staff
• Kitchen Assistant
  (Applicants must have basic English communication skills)

Job Description:

• Cleaning Staff: Responsible for cleaning hotel rooms, spa areas, and the hotel restaurant.
• Kitchen Assistant: Assists in food preparation (peeling fruits and vegetables, chopping, cleaning), and maintains cleanliness in the kitchen.

Visa Processing Method: Traditional visa application

Job Details:

• Gender: Male & Female
• Age Requirement: 18-55
• Work Location: Romania
• Working Hours: As assigned by the manager
• Standard Work Schedule: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Salary & Benefits:

• Net salary (after tax): €750 – €900/month (depending on working hours), equivalent to ~19.9 million – 24.2 million VND
• Higher earnings possible with overtime or excellent performance
• Overtime opportunities available
• Accommodation provided with European-standard amenities
• Uniforms and protective gear provided
• 2 meals/day or meal vouchers
• 2-year labor contract, renewable upon request

⚠ Note: Employees must maintain productivity and work quality equivalent to Romanian workers to receive the full salary. Poor performance may result in lower wages or termination. Unauthorized absences are not allowed.

Job Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills
• Hardworking and positive work attitude
• Commitment to leaving the EU or returning to Vietnam after contract completion
• Relevant work experience; no skin diseases
• Must meet Vietnamese labor export health standards
• Strong sense of responsibility and work discipline
• Good physical condition, willing to work overtime when required
• Friendly, mature, and adaptable to communal living
• No skeletal deformities or mobility issues
• Quick learner with good comprehension skills
• Proficiency in Vietnamese reading and writing
• Familiarity with email, Google Translate, Google Maps, and ChatGPT

Preferred Qualifications:

• No smoking, alcohol, or drug use
• Not addicted to tea (green tea) or drinks that may dirty the living space
• Adaptability to European food; avoidance of strong-smelling Asian foods (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce, fermented products) to maintain a pleasant living environment
• Open-minded, culturally adaptable, and well-mannered
• Experience in independent living, good interpersonal skills, and cultural understanding

• Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, or overly self-expressive individuals
• Those who incite conflicts, disrupt company operations, or make excessive demands
• Individuals under high financial pressure who prioritize quick earnings over work ethics
