JOB ANNOUNCEMENT – WORKING IN ROMANIA

Announcement No. 03/2025 by DC HANDEL KFT (Romania).

Our company in Romania is recruiting for the following positions:

  • Kitchen Assistant (Female Only)
  • Plumber Assistant (Male Only)

Visa Processing Method: Traditional visa processing.

Job Details:

  • Gender: Male and Female
  • Age Requirement: 18 – 55 years old
  • Work Location: Techirghiol City, Romania
  • Working Hours: Assigned by the manager

Salary:

  • Basic salary after tax: 535 EUR/month (approx. 14.3 million VND) for a minimum of 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
  • Workers can earn from 750 EUR/month and above (approx. 20.1 million VND) with overtime and extra shifts. Higher salaries are possible for those who work efficiently and perform well.
  • Overtime opportunities available.

Benefits:

  • Accommodation with full European-standard amenities provided by the company.
  • Uniforms and protective equipment supplied by the company.
  • Two meals per day or meal vouchers (Western-style food is typical).
  • 2-year labor contract, extendable upon request.

Important Note:
Workers must maintain productivity and quality equivalent to Romanian workers to receive the stated salary. Those who perform poorly may receive a lower salary or face termination. Unauthorized absences are not allowed.

Job Requirements:

  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Hardworking and positive work attitude.
  • Relevant work experience.
  • No skin diseases.
  • Meet Vietnam’s labor export health requirements.
  • Responsible and disciplined.
  • Physically fit and capable of working overtime when required.
  • Friendly, mature, and adaptable to communal living.
  • No bone deformities or movement difficulties.
  • Good learning ability, intelligence, and quick adaptability.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese reading and comprehension.
  • Familiarity with email, Google Translate, Google Maps, ChatGPT.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Non-smokers (including tobacco and shisha) and non-drinkers.
  • No addiction to tea (green tea) or drinks that may stain the accommodation.
  • Adaptability to European cuisine.
  • Limited use of strong-smelling Asian spices (such as dried fish, fish sauce, fermented foods) to respect local colleagues in shared housing.
  • Good manners and civilized lifestyle.
  • Strong learning ability and cultural adaptability.
  • Life experience, patience, and good interpersonal skills.

Not Welcome:

  • Individuals with tattoos or criminal records.
  • Aggressive, hot-tempered, reckless, or overly strong personalities.
  • People who incite others to disrupt company operations (e.g., sudden strikes, unnecessary disputes with management, excessive demands for benefits).
  • Workers under extreme financial pressure who may prioritize quick earnings over work ethics.
