Romanian Company is Hiring for the Following Positions:

• Waiters/Waitresses (Experience required, must speak basic English)
• Chefs (Minimum 4 years of experience required)
• Housekeeping Staff

Work Details:

• Visa Processing: Traditional visa application.
• Gender: Male & Female
• Age Requirement: 18-55 years old.
• Work Location: Vila Bran Tourist Village, Romania.
• Work Hours: Assigned by management.
  • Standard work schedule: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (12 hours/day, 5 days/week).
  • Total working hours: 60 hours/week (with 12 hours of break time spread over the 5 working days).
  • Actual working hours: 48 hours/week.

Salary (After Tax, Take-home Pay):

• Waiters/Waitresses:
  • Base salary: €600/month (~16 million VND).
  • Can increase to €700/month (~18.7 million VND) with overtime and good performance.
• Chefs:
  • Base salary: €700/month (~18.7 million VND).
  • Can increase to €1,000/month (~26.8 million VND) with overtime and good performance.
• Housekeeping Staff:
  • Base salary: €600/month (~16 million VND).
  • Can increase to €700/month (~18.7 million VND) with overtime and good performance.

Additional Earnings:
Workers have opportunities for overtime and extra shifts to increase earnings.

Employee Benefits:

• Free accommodation with European-standard facilities.
• Uniforms and protective equipment provided.
• Three meals per day (mostly Western cuisine).
• 2-year labor contract, renewable upon request.

Important Notes:

• Employees must maintain the same productivity and work quality as Romanian workers to receive the full salary.
• Poor performance may result in lower wages or termination.
• Workers cannot take unapproved absences.

Job Requirements:

✅ No bone deformities or mobility issues.
✅ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
✅ Strong understanding of Vietnamese language (reading, writing, and comprehension).
✅ Basic knowledge of email, Google Translate, Google Maps, ChatGPT.

Preferred Candidates:

✔️ Non-smokers and those who do not consume alcohol or drugs.
✔️ No addiction to tea or beverages that may cause cleanliness issues in the dormitory.
✔️ Comfortable with European food and avoiding strong-smelling Asian ingredients (such as dried fish, fish sauce, fermented sauces) in shared living spaces.
✔️ Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to integrate into European culture.
✔️ Life experience and good social behavior are highly valued.
