Romanian Company Hiring: Assistant Electrician (Experience Required)

Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary (after tax):
€535/month (~14.7 million VND)
Up to €750 – €900/month (~20.6 – 24.8 million VND) for employees who perform well, work overtime, and take on additional shifts.

Uniforms & Protective Equipment: Provided by the company.
Meal Allowance: €5 per working day.
Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable upon request).
Important Notice:
Employees must maintain productivity and quality comparable to Romanian workers to receive the stated salary.
Poor performance may result in a lower salary or termination.
Unauthorized absences are not allowed.

Quick learner, intelligent, and good comprehension of Vietnamese.
Basic tech skills: Ability to use email, Google Translate, Google Maps, ChatGPT.
Preferred Candidates:
Non-smokers (cigarettes, pipe tobacco).
No alcohol or drug use.
Not addicted to tea (green tea) or beverages that could cause messes.
Adaptable to European cuisine (avoid strong-smelling Asian foods such as dried fish, fish sauce, fermented products).
Good cultural adaptability and understanding of European life.
Mature, well-mannered, and socially aware.
Not Accepted:
Tattoos or criminal record.
Hot-tempered, aggressive, or overly self-expressive personalities.
Encouraging disruptive behavior (e.g., sudden strikes, excessive demands, or disturbing management).
