Romanian Company Hiring: MIG-MAG Welders & Industrial Painters

Visa Process: Traditional visa processing.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male

• Age: 18-55

• Work Location: Romania

• Working Hours: As assigned by management

• Schedule: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary (after tax):

  • €650/month (~18 million VND/month)

  • Higher pay available for overtime and good performance

• Opportunities for Overtime & Promotion

• Accommodation: Fully equipped with European standards

• Protective Equipment: Provided by the company

• Meal Allowance: €100/month

• Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable upon request)

Important Notice:

• Employees must maintain productivity and quality equal to Romanian workers to receive the stated salary.

• Poor performance may result in a lower salary or termination.

• Unauthorized absences are not allowed.

• Basic English communication skills

• No skin diseases

• Good health (meeting Vietnam’s labor export health standards)

• Responsible & disciplined work ethic

• Physically fit, willing to work overtime

• Friendly, mature, and adaptable to collective living

• No skeletal deformities or mobility issues

• Quick learner, intelligent, good comprehension of Vietnamese

• Basic tech skills: Ability to use email, Google Translate, Google Maps, ChatGPT

Preferred Candidates:

• Non-smokers (cigarettes, pipe tobacco)

• No alcohol or drug use

• Not addicted to tea (green tea) or drinks that may cause messes

• Adaptable to European cuisine (avoiding strong-smelling Asian foods such as dried fish, fish sauce, fermented products)

• Good cultural adaptability and understanding of European life

• Mature, well-mannered, and socially aware

Not Accepted:

• Tattoos or criminal record

• Hot-tempered, aggressive, or overly self-expressive personalities

• Encouraging disruptive behavior (e.g., sudden strikes, excessive demands, disturbing management)
