The company in Hungary is looking for seasonal workers for the following positions:
Agricultural Assistant: Harvesting various types of fruits (strawberries, cherries, raspberries, etc.), hand-weeding, cleaning weeds, transporting and cleaning fruit containers, moving other goods, taking care of gardens (pruning, sorting branches), supporting fence construction, carrying out irrigation tasks, planting, replanting, and grass cutting.
The work is mostly done outdoors, under the hot sun in the summer and cold weather in the winter, with performance standards set from the beginning.
Priority will be given to those with a driver’s license, driving experience, and tractor operating skills.
Visa processing will follow the traditional route.
Gender: Male
Age: 18–55
Work Location: Outside of Budapest
Working Hours:
Employees must work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the farm (Flexible break times, total of 1 hour, with employees generally resting from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM). Working 6 days a week.
Net Income: 350,000 HUF/month (If workers are diligent and skilled, they can earn 400,000–500,000 HUF/month, with possible increases during the fruit harvest season).
Overtime work opportunities available.
The company provides accommodation in apartments for 3–4 people, fully equipped to European standards. Workers are responsible for their own meals.
The contract is for 6 months. After 6 months, the contract may be renewed for an additional 6 months.
Note: Workers must meet the performance and quality standards equivalent to Hungarian employees to earn the specified wage. If their performance is below standard, the salary will be lower, and they may be warned or dismissed. Workers are not allowed to leave without permission.
Requirements:
Ability to work flexibly and not mind working outdoors, under the hot sun in the summer and cold weather in the winter.
Positive work attitude, good eyesight, careful and gentle when harvesting fruits, and careful sorting according to the company’s requirements.
Workers must be able to lift boxes weighing 5–20 kg, move them, and organize them in the designated area.
Workers commit to leaving the European Union community or returning to Vietnam if they finish their contract with the employer.
Must have work experience and not have any skin diseases.
Health requirements must meet Vietnam’s regulations for labor export.
Responsible, disciplined work attitude.
Friendly, sociable, mature, suitable for group living.
No bone deformities or difficulty walking or standing. Quick learner and sharp. Good comprehension of written and spoken Vietnamese. Able to use email.
Encouraged:
Do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs.
Do not have addiction to tea (green tea) or any drinks that could dirty the living space.
Easy to adapt to European food, with limited use of strong-smelling Asian spices (dried fish, fish sauce, fermented fish, etc.) that may disturb local workers in shared accommodations. Good cultural etiquette.
Ability to learn and integrate well into European culture and life.
Life experience, able to accept, understand, and interact well with others.
Not Welcome:
Tattoos or criminal records.
Hot-tempered, aggressive, immature, with a strong personality or a desire to show off.
Attempts to incite others to disrupt the company (e.g., sudden strikes, questioning leaders, demanding excessive benefits, etc.).
Financial pressures leading to poor work ethics and attitude.
