Romanian Company is hiring for the position of: Optical Fiber Cable Installer (female applicants only)
Job Description: Manufacturing optical fiber cables, which are used for data transmission (internet, television, telephone, etc.).
Employment Type: Traditional visa processing.

❖ Work Location: Comana Village, Romania
❖ Working Hours: As assigned by the supervisor,
Work Time: From 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM (8 hours of work + 45-minute break), Monday to Friday.
Basic Salary (after tax): 518 Euros/month, equivalent to approximately 15.2 million VND/month. Overtime or good performance can lead to higher salary.
There are opportunities for overtime and career advancement.
The company provides fully equipped accommodation with European standards and uniforms for the workers. Meals are provided through meal vouchers. The labor contract is for 2 years. After 2 years, the contract can be extended upon the employee’s request.
Note: Workers must meet productivity and quality standards equivalent to Romanian workers to receive the above salary. If performance is below standard, salary will be lower, and there is a possibility of termination. Employees are not allowed to quit without permission.
Requirements:
Basic communication skills in English
Positive and diligent work attitude
Work experience is preferred. No skin diseases.
Health must meet the export labor requirements as per Vietnamese law.
Responsible and disciplined work attitude.
Good health and stamina, willing to work overtime and extra shifts when required.
Calm, friendly, mature personality, suitable for communal living.
No bone deformities or difficulty walking or standing. Quick to learn and intelligent.
Good Vietnamese comprehension skills (listening and reading). Able to use email, Google Translate, Google Maps, and ChatGPT.
Preferred:
No smoking, no use of alcohol or addictive substances.
No addiction to tea (green tea) or drinks that might cause mess in the living area.
Easy to adapt to European food, limit the use of strong-smelling Asian spices that may disturb local workers (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce, fermented fish).
Civilized lifestyle.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to European culture and lifestyle.
Life experience, knowing how to accept and interact with others, understanding life.
Not Preferred:
Tattoos or criminal history.
Quick-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, strong-willed, or attention-seeking personality.
Tendency to encourage others to disrupt company operations (strikes, questioning leadership, demanding excessive benefits).
High financial pressure (must earn money quickly or a lot), which negatively impacts work attitude and ethics.
