Romanian Company Recruiting: Construction Machinery Operator (Site Preparation)

Visa Type: Traditional visa processing

❖ Work location: Romania (workplace is not fixed, depends on construction sites)
❖ Working hours: As assigned by the manager

• Working time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Work 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday

● Net base salary:

• During 3-month probation: About 518 Euro/month, equivalent to approximately 15.2 million VND/month

• After 3 months probation: About 700 Euro/month, equivalent to approximately 20.5 million VND/month

• After 1 year of work: About 800 Euro/month, equivalent to approximately 23.4 million VND/month
  Salary will be higher with overtime or good performance.

Opportunities for overtime and promotion.
The company provides fully equipped European standard accommodation, protective equipment, and uniforms for workers. Shuttle service is provided between accommodation and workplace. Workers receive meal vouchers worth 98 Euros/month, equivalent to about 2.9 million VND/month. Labor contract duration is 2 years. Contract can be extended after 2 years upon worker’s request.
Note: Workers must maintain productivity and quality equivalent to Romanian workers to receive the above salary. Lower performance may result in reduced salary or dismissal. Workers are not allowed to leave work without permission.

Good health and stamina, willing to work overtime when requested
Gentle, sociable, mature personality, suitable for communal living
No bone deformities or difficulty walking or standing
Good ability to absorb knowledge, quick and intelligent
Good Vietnamese listening, reading, and comprehension skills
Able to use email, Google Translate, Google Maps, and ChatGPT

● Preferred:
Non-smokers (no cigarettes or tobacco), no alcohol or drug use
Not addicted to tea or beverages that may dirty the living area
Able to adapt to European food
Limit use of strong-smelling Asian spices that may disturb native workers in shared dormitories (dried fish, fish sauce, fermented products, etc.)
Civilized lifestyle
Good learning ability, easy integration with European culture and lifestyle
Life experience, acceptance, good behavior, and understanding of life

● Not welcomed:
People with tattoos or criminal records
Hot-tempered, aggressive, reckless, strong personality, or attention-seeking
Encouraging others to harm the company (sudden strikes, questioning or disturbing leadership, excessive demands)
Under high financial pressure (needing quick, large income), which negatively affects attitude and work ethics
