Romanian Company Hiring: Cleaner (priority given to candidates with relevant work experience)

Job Description:
Cleaning and disinfecting medical areas (consultation rooms, offices, laboratories, waiting rooms); cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.); dusting furniture, equipment, and other surfaces; mopping and disinfecting floors and frequently touched surfaces; checking and restocking supplies as needed.

Visa Type: Traditional visa processing

Age: 18–50 years old
Work Location: Brașov Province, Romania
Work Schedule: As assigned by the manager
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break)
Net Monthly Salary:

• Starting salary approx. 650 EUR/month (~19.1 million VND/month)

• Up to 800 EUR/month (~23.5 million VND/month)

• Higher pay possible for overtime or outstanding performance

Note:
The above salary is only applicable if the employee maintains productivity and quality equal to local Romanian workers. Lower performance may result in reduced salary or termination. Employees are not allowed to leave the job without permission.

Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills

• Positive, hardworking attitude

• Relevant work experience preferred; no skin conditions

• Must meet health requirements for overseas labor according to Vietnamese regulations

• Responsible and disciplined at work

• Good physical condition, stamina, and willingness to work overtime when requested

• Gentle, sociable, mature personality; able to live in shared accommodation

• No physical deformities affecting mobility or standing

• Quick learner with good comprehension

• Intelligent and alert

• Good Vietnamese reading and listening comprehension

• Ability to use email, Google Translate, Google Maps, ChatGPT

Preferred Traits:

• No smoking (cigarettes or pipe), no alcohol, no addictive substances

• Not addicted to tea (e.g., green tea) or drinks that may soil the living area

• Adaptable to European food

• Limited use of strong-smelling Asian spices (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce, fermented condiments) to avoid disturbing dorm roommates

• Civilized and tidy lifestyle

• Strong learning and adaptation ability; easy to integrate into European culture and lifestyle

• Life experience, maturity, good manners, and understanding of practical life situations
