Romanian Company Hiring: Auto Mechanic
(Certificate and professional experience required)

Visa Process: Traditional visa application.

Gender: Male
Age: 18–50
Workplace: Râșnov City, Brașov County, Romania
Working Hours: As assigned by the manager
Work Schedule: One shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday. Occasionally, work may be required on Saturdays. Lunch break: 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Net Monthly Salary:
Approx. 980 EUR/month (equivalent to approx. 28.9 million VND).
Higher wages available for overtime or excellent performance.

Requirements:

  • Basic English communication skills.

  • Positive and diligent work attitude.

  • Work experience in the field.

  • No skin diseases.

  • Physically fit for labor export as per Vietnamese government regulations.

  • Responsible and disciplined.

  • Good physical condition and endurance; willing to work overtime when required.

  • Gentle, sociable, mature personality; suitable for communal living.

  • No skeletal deformities or mobility issues.

  • Quick learner, intelligent, good comprehension of Vietnamese.

  • Able to use email, Google Translate, Google Maps, ChatGPT.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Non-smokers (tobacco, pipe), non-drinkers, and no use of addictive substances.

  • Not addicted to tea or drinks that may stain the living space.

  • Able to adapt to European food.

  • Limit the use of strong-smelling Asian spices (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce, fermented paste) in shared dormitories.

  • Civilized lifestyle.

  • Good learning ability and adaptability to European culture and lifestyle.

  • Life experience, emotional maturity, social awareness.

Not Welcomed:

  • Individuals with tattoos or criminal records.

  • Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive individuals; overly assertive personalities.

  • Those who incite others to actions harmful to the company (e.g., sudden strikes, unnecessary confrontations with management, excessive demands).

  • Individuals under extreme financial pressure (needing fast and high income), which may negatively affect their attitude and work ethics.
