Romanian Company is Recruiting for the Following Positions, requiring prior work experience:

  • Bricklayer

  • Mechanical Assembler

  • Welder

  • Drywall Installer

  • Machinery Mechanic (Equipment Technician)

  • Concrete Floor Worker

Job Descriptions:
Bricklayer: Responsible for construction, repair, and finishing of walls made of brick, autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), or stone according to technical drawings. Prepares mortar, aligns and installs building materials, ensuring the durability and aesthetics of walls or structures.

Mechanical Assembler: Assembles, installs, maintains, and repairs mechanical parts of machinery, equipment, or metal structures. Uses specialized tools and equipment for cutting, welding, adjusting, or fixing according to technical drawings and workplace safety regulations.

Welder: Joins metal parts using various welding methods (electric welding, gas welding, MIG-MAG, etc.) according to technical drawings. Prepares surfaces, adjusts equipment, and ensures weld quality and durability while complying with safety and quality standards.

Drywall Installer (Finisher): Installs drywall systems for walls and ceilings and completes interior finishing. Tasks include measuring and cutting panels, installing them on metal frames, applying putty, sanding surfaces, and preparing for painting or wallpapering according to technical drawings and quality standards.

Machinery Mechanic: Responsible for maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial or construction equipment. Ensures equipment operates properly, performs periodic maintenance, and promptly repairs faults.

Concrete Floor Worker: Performs pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete floors. Prepares surfaces and pours concrete following technical requirements, using tools and equipment to achieve a quality finished surface.

Employment Form: Traditional visa processing.
Gender: Male
Age: 18–50 years old.
Workplace: Romania (location varies depending on projects)
Working Hours: According to management’s assignment:
Work shift from 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM (30-minute lunch break), then continues from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Work 8 hours/day with daily overtime, Monday to Friday, plus 2 Saturdays per month, each Saturday working 6 hours. Sunday work only when urgent. Monthly work hours from 168 hours or more.

Net Salary:
Take-home pay approximately 520 Euros/month, equivalent to about 15.4 million VND/month.
After 1 year, workers can earn up to 1200 Euros/month, equivalent to about 35.5 million VND/month.
Higher salary possible with overtime or good performance.

Opportunities for overtime and career advancement.

The company provides European standard fully furnished accommodation, uniforms, and protective equipment. Workers receive meal vouchers worth about 180 Euros/month (about 5.3 million VND/month). After 2 years of work, the company covers a round-trip plane ticket to Vietnam to visit family. The labor contract is for 2 years, with possibility of extension upon worker’s request.

Note: Workers must maintain productivity and quality comparable to Romanian workers to receive the stated salary. Lower performance results in lower pay and possible dismissal. Unauthorized absence is not allowed.

  • Basic English communication skills

  • Prior work experience; no skin diseases

  • Health meeting Vietnamese labor export requirements

  • Responsible work ethic; good labor discipline

  • Good health and stamina; willing to work overtime when requested

  • Gentle, sociable, mature personality suitable for communal living

  • No bone deformities or walking/standing difficulties

  • Quick learner, smart, good Vietnamese reading and comprehension skills

  • Able to use email, Google Translate, Google Maps, ChatGPT

Recommended:

  • Non-smoker (no cigarettes or tobacco), no alcohol or addictive substances

  • No addiction to strong-smelling teas or beverages that may dirty the living environment

  • Adaptable to European food; avoid strong-smelling Asian spices that may disturb local coworkers (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce, fermented condiments)

  • Civilized lifestyle

  • Good learning ability and adaptability to European culture and life

  • Life experience, acceptance, proper behavior, and understanding of life

Not Welcome:

  • Body tattoos or criminal record

  • Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, overly individualistic, or attention-seeking personalities

  • Encouraging others to harm the company (e.g., sudden strikes, harassing management, excessive demands)

  • Under high financial pressure (needing to earn fast, much, urgently) leading to negative work attitude and ethics
